Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Window
We offer a 21-day return window from the date the carrier marks your order as “Delivered.” If 21 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Must be in new, unused condition.
- Must be in the original packaging.
- Must include all accessories and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from returns:
- Sale or Clearance items.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Gift cards.
Damage Claims & Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted only for items that arrive defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same product, you must provide photo evidence of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to [email protected].
Return Process & Fees
- Contact [email protected] to request a Return Authorization.
- For “Change of Mind” returns, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5β10 business days.
